No longer *just* a Star Trek Next Generation Meerkat, Captain Jean Luc Picard has boldly gone where no knitted meerkat has gone before - he has been assimilated.
He wears a burgundy Command sweater and like all Next Generation Meerkat trekkies he shows his rank by collar pips, and wears a communicator badge on his chest. He also wears the marks of a recently assimilated meerkat, with Borg implants and wires and whatever-that-red-flashy-light-thing-is (in this case, it's a bead)
Trekkie meerkats will be knitted to order. As with my non-trekkie meerkats, Locutus of Borg's back legs and tail have been wired to allow him to stand freely in the typical "tripod" stance. He is approximately 7" tall (18cm).
