Living in Wales it's difficult not to notice the sheep. Wherever you travel, north, south or in between there are always sheep. Even in the heavily populated south of Wales where I live you're never far from sheep and they don't just stay in the fields - here's a link to a news item about a sheep on a roof - https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-wales-south-east-wales-13774803 So what better animal to choose to launch our new "Cymru" range than a lovely Welsh ewe. To show how patriotic she is she's even wearing a Welsh hat!! If you're from Wales or have ever visited our lovely country then this whimsical cushion cover will surely bring back happy memories.

If you've ever visited Wales then you will have seen sheep! There are LOTS of them and I think they might be the national animal (after the dragon). I live in the South Wales valleys and sheep are always around. They've even been known to end up on rooftops in some of the narrower valleys.
This decorative envelope cushion cover features that most iconic of Welsh animals and to make her even more Welsh - she's wearing a Welsh hat.
Myfanwy is completely hand embroidered and appliqued and the cover itself is made by us too.

The cover measures 15"x15" and a 12"x12" cushion pad would fit comfortably. If you like your cushions a bit fatter then you can fill it with a 14"x14" pad.
This cushion cover would make a fabulous gift for anyone Welsh or who love Wales (or sheep) It's a great accent cushion and would look equally at home on your sofa or bed.
