The decorating style I return to time and again is modern country: clean lines, simple shapes and crisp colours. This blue and white combination is particularly inspired by my collection of Cornishware pottery, which in turn is said to be inspired by the blue skies and white-capped waves of beautiful Cornwall.

Full description
Cute as a button dinky hearts in blue and white stripes and checks. Handmade in my Hampshire garden studio, the three hearts are filled with locally grown fragrant lavender (or toy grade stuffing) and are finished with a natural hemp twine hanging loop and a linen 'h&h' label.
The epitome of coastal country-cottage style, these little hearts look adorable hanging from hooks on a kitchen dresser or a cupboard doorknob. They are also the perfect finishing touch on a beautifully wrapped present. And they make a particularly special gift in their own right - perhaps for a housewarming or as a festive stocking filler.
