A simply stunning exquisite long Silver swirl necklace hand made from .999 Silver. The design features a bright polished 6cm tapered bar of silver that shines in any light, the three 5mm high grade cubic zirconia gemstones sparkle, the necklace is a real head turneryou will receive lots of compliments three 5mm Cubic Zirconia gemstones two set onto one curved side of the pendant and one set on the other curved side, with a small 1mm CZ flush set into the top of the necklace.

Each gemstone set long necklace is hand made from .999 Precious Metal Clay, are an original design and made by me.

The Silver metal is solid and will not bend, the necklace is of Sterling Silver having an extension loop fitted 2 inches from the end to allow for flexible use, a spring clasp fitting allows for easy put on and take off. A unique gift!

Please note that all aspects of this design are created by hand, and so the beautiful long curved necklace may vary slightly from the image.

The pendant will be presented on a cushioned card and wrapped in tissue, placed in an organza bag and sent in a padded envelope by 1st class post.

Please note your curved pendant is made from .999 Silver, the final weight of metal used to make the necklace weighs less than 7 grams and does not require a hallmark, the pendant is stamped 999.

I like to roll snakes from Precious Metal Clay to see what shapes I can make from it. The inspiration came from the curves i applied to the snake and thought it would be beautiful if i used three CZ stones in the curved areas.

This is how it was made
PMC is rolled into a snake, wider at the top and pointed at the other end, the curves are created the top of the pendant is fashioned flat, the clay is dried on a hot plate.
Next a small hole is drilled into the flattened top to create a flush setting for a 1mm CZ which is then placed into the hole. The dried clay is then fired at 760 degrees turning the clay into .999 Silver metal, this process also secures the 1mm CZ into the silver. After firing I solder three 5mm claw settings to the sides of the curved pendant and a loop for the chain to the back of the necklace, the piece is then hand finished using traditional metal smithing techniques. Finally, three 5mm round cubic zirconia gemstones are hand set into the settings.
