3-PIECE CUT COIN PENNY JIGSAW

Using a jewelers piercing saw and very small blades, this novelty coin jigsaw was cut by hand from a genuine British Pre-Decimal Penny and then the pieces have been plated with .999 pure silver.

An ideal unique gift for the person that has everything

The jigsaw comes ready assembled in a clear acrylic coin holder.

Making a jigsaw from a coin was for me a natural progression from cutting interlocking key chains and pendants. My first attempts were quite frustrating and challenging, and it took me a while to master the the way that jigsaw patterns are cut so that they fit together in a certain way. Although this is a relatively simple 3-piece jigsaw, I have successfully cut 24-piece coin jigsaws and after learning about someone that has cut a 100-piece coin jigsaw I am currently working on cutting one with more pieces.....
