Handmade sterling silver wire heart stud earrings.
'AMORE' is the second release in my latest 'LOVE' collection. Each piece is handmade to order and starts life as a simple piece of sterling silver (925) wire which is shaped, wrapped and soldered to create modern and minimalist stud earrings. Each finished earring has then been oxidised to darken the metal, before tumbling for 4 hours to polish and give a lovely aged finish.
My LOVE collection represents the journey of romance, starting out as a couple with an innocent affection, and here, a more mature love symbolised by the intertwined wires which are given an aged appearance, reflecting the lessons in life together.
The earrings measure approximately 1/2" from top to bottom and come with scroll backs. Each heart is entirely handmade, meaning no two hearts will ever be exactly alike, adding to the beauty of each piece. They come lovingly wrapped and presented in a gift box.
