Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Introducing GRACE, a stylish straw hat fit for a day at the races.
Grace is a glamourous perching boater style hat designed to sit at the front of the head. Feather quills and a chic sinamay bow complete the look for a modern silhouette. Shown here in BLACK with IVORY brim for a contemporary style, it can be customised to your outfit on request.
This hat comes beautifully presented in a large hat box with carry handle for ease of transporting to your event.
Dimensions: 11 1/4" diameter (crown 5")
Fastening: Millinery elastic, choose colour as required.
Colour Swatch: Samples available on request, custom colours welcome.
DELIVERY:
Hats are made to order and take between 1-2 weeks to dispatch. If you are in a hurry please do get in touch - it may be possible to 'rush' through your order.
Due to the size of the finished hat, it will be sent by Parcelforce48 for UK orders or Parcelforce GlobalValue worldwide. Please note this is NOT a trackable service and usually takes 1.5-3 weeks for delivery. Please allow plenty of time before your event, taking into account time taken to make the hat, or contact me for quotes to upgrade to tracked/express services.
