You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

DELIVERY: Each item is handmade by me - After you place an order and your payment has gone through, all your orders will be dispatched to you within 5 business days (unless stated otherwise in our shop header). All items are sent by 1st Class standard delivery- I will obtain proof of postage, so you know the item has been posted. There may also be delays around holidays (eg.christmas and bank holidays) which are out of my control. All my items are thoughtfully presented in shop quality packaging and are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive with you ————————————— MISSING / LOST ORDERS: I cannot be held responsible for items that get lost in the post, however on an occasion like this please don’t hesitate to contact me and I will do my best to put things right. Please double check your address before placing an order so it does not get lost due wrong shipping address. On such an instance where a wrong shipping address was provided I will not be held responsible for the lost package. If those items are returned to me by the post office, the buyer will then be responsible for providing shipping costs to post the package to the right address again. ———————————— CUSTOM CHARGES: Buyers are responsible for any custom/ clearance charges payable on the products ————————————- RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: -I do not accept returns or exchanges however if you have any problems with your order please contact me. -If an item arrives damaged/is faulty please contact me within 24hrs of recipt of the product with pictures to prove the damage. -A refund will only be issued on damaged items, once I receive the products back unused in their original packaging. -Request a cancellation within: 12 hours of purchase after that a sale will be final ————————————- THE FOLLOWING ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED: • Custom or personalised orders •Items on sale ———————————— CONDITIONS OF RETURNS: Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
