I am often inspired by the materials I use and love the effect created by these black and white enamels. I thought this would be particularly suited to make music themed jewellery. I wanted to create a strong statement with this brooch.

Making a statement about the influence of music in your life with this oval-shaped brooch is easy because of the simple, yet strong design. The strong contrast in this black and white enamelled brooch would look great on a plain jacket for anyone with a special interest in making or listening to music. It measures 40mm x 30mm and is enamelled in several layers on both sides with firings in between. The final layer is when the note design is applied. A mixed colour enamel on the back of the brooch gives it strength and durability. The notes /‘music' may vary on the brooch received, from the example shown. A silver-plated brooch pin is attached to the reverse. My oval music brooch is presented in a quality card gift box with an outer packaging box and sent by Royal Mail 'Tracked’ postage.
