You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

I hope you don't ever want or have to return anything, but if this arises - please message beforehand*. Pierced earrings are not returnable for hygiene reasons. Items are all handmade and resin never reacts the same way twice especially with the introduction of natural pigments/flowers so some variation is inevitable. I try to photograph and list as accurately as possible. Some items are not intended for daily wear. As per home accessories listings they should not be placed in or on a direct heat source. Cones are not suitable for your hand luggage and are not intended for children. Custom orders outwith listings are non returnable. Sale items are non returnable. Returns for purchased items within 7 days of the shipping date. Please email me within 3 days of receiving your order to arrange. I do not accept exchanges. Returns made without prior notification may not be processed. Product must be returned in the same condition and packaging as it was received. Return shipping charges are payable by buyer and are non-refundable. In the case of refund - this will be issued when returned items are received. I cannot be responsible for the loss/damage or delay of returned items. For that reason I strongly recommend you send it with a delivery confirmation and/or insured valid for the initial cost of the ordered item. In case of receiving damaged** item, please contact us directly with photographs. You may return the item (you will be compensated* for shipping costs but only with a valid receipt) and I will either replace it or issue a refund, buyers choice. **variations due to nature (i.e. flowers) or handmade variations are not included in 'damage'. Payment Payment accepted by Paypal Orders which are not paid within 3 working days will be cancelled. Any import duty or taxes are the buyers responsibility and are not payable by RedApple. Delivery If you require a piece quickly - please contact me BEFORE purchasing to check that it is possible as I do not accept cancellations. UK Royal Mail 2nd Class with Proof of Postage will be the main posting method. RM Special Delivery will be free of charge on orders over £60. Time sensitive orders under £60 will only be sent via Special Delivery - just add the postal upgrade to your basket. RedApple is not responsible for any delayed deliveries.
