I love the way pussy willow blossom looks a bit tropical and not something you usually find in Derbyshire, so was really interested in doing a print of it! I could have gone for a more cheery, spring-like blue in the background but the tree where I took my inspiration from was in a quarry in Wirksworth and it was a dreary March day! Anyway, I love a good blue grey colour!
