This pattern was a CAL (crochet a long) by Yarn & Chai. Not a huge fan of CALs as I get impatient waiting for the next instalment, but stuck with it. So glad I did, it's really good! I altered the stap making it adjustable and added a lining with the pocket. All in all a nice, neat bag.

Full description
Handy pod bag with hand crochet outer skin in 100% cotton (overlay mosaic affect is 100% acrylic). Fully integrated canvas lining, which gives the bag body and strength. There is a full width internal zipped pocket to store your valuables. The bags have flat bottoms and stand around 10 inches high by 12 inches wide. Because the pod is flexible they are very roomy inside. The cotton webbing strap is adjustable to convert from hand carrying to crossbody. Bag closes with nylon drawstring through metal eyelets. Drawstring has metal slide closure and small metal cord stoppers.
