Quality upholstery fabrics can be used for bags as well as chairs and cushions, this bag is made from quality upholstery grade tweed and leather.

I just love this combination, dark tan leather and burnt orange tweed, it has a real country feel about it. Made from upholstery grade real leather and British herringbone wool tweed. This large carpet bag features hand crafted real leather carry handles and shoulder strap, a twist bag lock, a flat bag base with bag feet, stitched and riveted handles, an internal zip pocket, 2 internal slip pockets, bag tassel, key clip, spring loaded bag frame and carry loops for the shoulder strap. All bag hardware is in antique brass finish.
The bag is made with lots of structure and will stand upright o it's own.
Leather is a natural skin, it has slight scars and marks, this is not detrimental to the bag its a natural look of real leather.
Measurements 14" ( 36 cm ) tall x 19" ( 48 cm ) wide along the base x 8" ( 20 cm ) deep, the spring loaded bag frame is 16" wide x 8". ( 41 cm x 20 cm )
The leather carry handles are approx 19" ( 48 cm ) long , the shoulder strap is 1" ( 2.5 cm ) wide x 38" ( 96 cm ) long but can be made longer.
