I love wildlife of all kinds. I used the images of shells, starfish and seahorses when I first started making from pewter as they seem to suit the material so well. I'm thrilled with the way this box has turned out (it's always a bit of a surprise to me!).....

A beautiful hand embossed seahorse adorns the lid of this little square oak wood box. Fronds of seaweed surround little creature, whose tail encircles a lovely blue abalone shell cabochon. This unique little box, hand crafted in silver pewter, is perfect for rings, earrings or tiny trinkets. It measures 6cm x 6cm and is 3.5cm high overall. The inner compartment is 3.9cm square and 2cm deep (will accommodate items up to 2.7cm high with the lid on).
This little box would be perfect for a themed wedding or a gift for a 10th Wedding Anniversary, or simply a special present for somebody who loves the sea.
As all my pewter gifts are individually made by hand, the box provided may not be the one in the photo but will be equally beautiful.
