Lovely contemporary pendant comprising a trio of interchangable charms on an Italian 18" sterling silver, figaro chain.
A 13mm, pink with white and yellow gold foil Murano heart is accompanied by a 15mm Hill Tribe Silver open heart charm. Three pink glass flowers, with tiny ivory freshwater pearl centres are securely wrapped with sterling silver onto a heart shaped jump ring. All other findings are sterling silver.
The charms can be worn together as shown, or mixed and matched for a different look.
