This listing is for one small embroidered iron on patch.

Sometimes it's the little things, self care is important and if you've done the thing and just got up and dressed, you need to be proud of yourself!

Each patch is stitched out in rayon sulky thread and backed with a commercial iron on adhesive, Bondaweb.

As each item is stitched out in batches, and so small differences might happen in design and colour. All patches are checked over and only the best are sent out.

The patch my require a fixing stitch to secure the patch to the item.

Each patch is approx 7CM/3IN across.

(Affixing instructions from the Bodaweb site: Place with the coated side down on the fabric, with a damp cloth iron each area for about 10 seconds)

After a particularly bad mental health day I wanted to cheer myself up, and had the idea of a gold star. I remember when as a child I would get stickers for doing good and decided why can’t we still get something nice as a reward? So I designed a range of patches to try and do just that.
