Full description
This is Katie Bear, a 12.75" tall, chubby mohair bear with hand embroidery, cotter pin joints and a hand knitted cardigan.
Katie was designed by myself for Bearlescent from 12mm semi sparse mohair in French Pink (a pink backing with peach fur).
Katie is a very homely, pretty bear who would settle comfortably into any surroundings especially one where she can expect lots of hugs .
She is 5 way jointed with cotter pin fitments and has safety eyes fitted.
She has beautiful hand embroidered 100% wool felt paw pads, with delicate embroidery in peaches and pinks.
Katie wears a hand knitted bolero cardigan in a variegated dk yarn in blues, pinks and peach and is finished with a peach satin bow to her head.
Her name is on a wooden tag and Bearlescent is to the back of one ear on a polymer clay button.
Katie will arrive with birth certificate and is number 409 on my bear register.
All of my bears can be personalised please comtact me to discuss any requirements.
Although my bears are very huggable they are are adult collectables/keepsakes and are not suitable as childrens toys.
