A beautiful vintage style floral corsage/brooch handmade using reclaimed wool felt.

Each of my floral brooches are hand sewn and finished with a silver spin clasp brooch pin. The pin is stitched to a round disk of black wool felt which is affixed to the flower using vintage silk thread.

This flower makes a beautiful accessory and compliments wedding and formal attire beautifully. Pin to a wristband to make a stunning corsage or a champagne bottle collar. Alternatively, the pin can be used to embellish a handbag, coat, scarf.

Shape: Round flower with two leaves

Size:
A diameter (flower) of approximately 9cm
Length to include leaves of approximately 15cm

Materials: Wool-Felt Fabric & metal lapel pin all affixed using cotton and vintage silk thread.

This product is not a toy and is not recommended for children under 3 years of age.

Arrives presented in a gift box. Postage is UK Royal Mail 2nd Class signed for and postage outside of the UK is dispatched through the Royal Mail using their International Tracked and Signed service.

My large leafy rose brooches where inspired following a trip to my local library which I began using in my efforts to live a more sustainable and zero waste lifestyle while also supporting my local community. While walking there a large rose I saw inspired me to create this brooch. My smaller brooches and lapel pins are designed to compliment.

I try to live a zero waste and plastic-free lifestyle; therefore all my products are plastic free and hand-sewn they’re no plastics-based materials or hot glue fixatives. The flowers are made using fabrics designated as textile waste which would have otherwise ended up landfill; I do not always know the fabrics origins. In the case of this rose the fabric is from my local hospice charity shop and is believed to be wool felt.
