As an artist I love the beauty in the world around me, and I love finding new ways of bringing that beauty to people. This Colouring Book was born out of my love of British Birds, my love of Art, and wanting to bring this calming, anti-stress activity to people and encourage their mindfulness.

Full description
Colouring is a great relaxing activity. This colouring book is full of hand drawn illustrations of British birds and is a great way for both adults and children to relax, de-stress and be more mindful of their environment. It also includes the birds' names so you could take your book out into nature and do some bird watching!
Drawing on the principles of Art Therapy as an anti-stress activity, I created this book to help both kids and grownups be more present in the moment, as well as encouraging more people to get in touch with their artistic side!
The matt cover is made of recycled card that takes coloured pencils and pens really well. I have only minimally coloured the cover, leaving you with plenty of space to colour in the inside and outside of the front and back paged too!

- This colouring book is A5 sized (14.8 x 21 cm) so it is easy to slip into a backpack or even a big coat pocket!
- Printed on recycled paper

As a big supporter of sustainability and a Zero-Waste lifestyle myself, I package all of my items plastic free.
This colouring book will be sent in a cardboard reinforced paper envelope that can be recycled.
