Sew and Grow would like to invite you to join us for a Spring Dyeing Workshop at the Urb Farm in Wolverton on 25th May
The workshop will run from 11-1:30pm there will be some drinks and refreshments available but please feel free to bring an offering to share if you like
In this workshop we will be exploring some of the natural dyes which this season offers us; we will explore dyeing with fresh spring flowers through a binding and steaming process and look at how dyes work differently depending on mordant, modifier and fibre
Each participant will take home a naturally dyed silk scarf as well as a cutting from our dye garden so you can begin your own at home
