Do you remember making daisy-chains as a child? Here's one that won't fade away in a few hours. A lovely, lightweight handmade felt necklace, with a chain of nine felted flowers. Unique, one-of-a-kind creation.
I have used the technique of "needle-felting" to turn soft, fluffy wool into solid daisy flower shapes. The largest daisy is approx. 3.5cm (1.5 inches) across, with each daisy slightly smaller as further up the necklace.
I have attached them to a long strand of rolled grass-green felt. The "clasp" is an overlapping knot, so the necklace length is adjustable between 54 to 66cm (21 to 26 inches).
This charming necklace will be presented in a toning gift box ready for giving or as a treat for yourself.
