Captain Black eyes is another fascinator in Handmade revolutions halloween collection.
This particular fascinator is a bed of purple and black layered and hand gathered netting. Which has then been embellished with Black feathers.
On top of this bed of netting and feathers we have mounted a glow in the dark skull which has been hand embellished with individual purple gems.
Captain black eyes can be directly fastened into your hair as it is attached to a clear comb.
Measurements: Comb = 7cm x 4cm
