A beautiful rainbow made with yellows and naturals paired with a stunning weaving made from merino wool and featuring bee pompoms. This is a set that would make a wonderful feature in your home.

Process
The rainbow is made from a soft cotton rope. each bow is measured and cut then prepared. The yarn is carefully wrapped around each section using a specific technique to create a beautiful finish. A velvet ribbon is added to the back to hang the rainbow.
The weaving is made using a soft merino wool to make a cloud. The tassels are made with the same mixture of yarn and fibres that the rainbow is made from. Two fluffy bee pompoms are made then added to the tassels.

I made this bee weave and thought it would make a lovely set of paired with a rainbow. Fibre rainbows are very popular however due to the time and cost of materials to make the larger rainbows the price is often high. This set has the wow factor of a larger rainbow but for a fraction of the cost.
