We went to Italy last summer and in the rush to tidy up on the last day, we had a moment in the kitchen, when we had to say goodbye to a huge jar of anchovies that we had only eaten half of! We can't get these amazing bumper sized jars in UK - so the closest we could get to the real thing, was to make a picture to hang in our kitchen! We've been making copious amounts of salsa verde to keep our holiday memories alive, but using the tiny tins. It's just not the same.
