The first pair of felted slippers I ever made were a gift, that first pair were more basic than the ones I make now, they were well received and worn constantly in the house, mended and eventually replaced a few times over. I enjoyed the process so much I went on to develop and perfect my own designs and technique and kept my family and friends in slippers, before deciding to sell them here.
This is a custom-made item and cannot be returned unless faulty.

Full description
These cosey, bright rainbow slippers are made from pure wool and will keep your feet snug and cosy and add a splash of colour to the shortest days. The pure wool wicks moisture away keeping feet comfortable when its cold or warm, unlike synthetic slippers.
They are initially knitted then felted to create soft, sturdy felt fabric, which maintains it bright rainbow colour . Then the handmade wool soles are attached and sewn in place, the wool soles are given a couple of coats of natural latex rubber to prevent slipping.
All of the materials used in these slippers are natural making these slippers a good choice for those with and enviromental conscience. This attention to ecological concern is consistant in the packaging, packaging used is recyleable or compostable.
