This handmade hosiery bag is perfect for keeping seamed stockings and tights safe. It is also suitable to use as a lingerie bag for other smaller items.

It is ideal for storing your tights and stockings in a drawer, and protecting your hosiery from underwear containing hooks or velcro. Ideal for travelling, this hosiery bag will not clutter your suitcase.

Finished with a vibrant yellow cotton lining and two storage compartments made using the same external fabric. Close the bag using the blue satin ribbon ties.

If you are a fan of the 1940s and 50s vintage clothing, this bag is a must, to protect your beautiful seamed stockings.

Caring For Your Hosiery Bag
Washing Instructions
- Wash no hotter than 40 degrees
- Wash with similar colours
- Iron with care on a cotton setting using an ironing cloth to protect the fabric
- Hang out to dry, or tumble dry on a low/cool setting

The item of clothing I like most, apart from circle skirts, is stockings.

However, the problem with hosiery is snagging them on a fingernail, catching them on an item in the drawer or snagging them on the drawer itself. I decided to design a better solution than storing tights and stockings in the bag in which they arrived.

I had previously purchased a stocking bag, but it was plain black and bland. I wanted something practical, yet pretty. So, I decided to get creative and design my own colourful and easy to use hosiery/lingerie bags.

Now, I have the perfect excuse to buy more stockings.
