I like to reduce the amount of waste going to landfill, so the opportunity to use some old pallets couldn't be missed, along with using up scraps of felt.
I love bird watching and while gardening 'my' robin who I call Bobby is never far away looking for tasty morsels in the newly dug ground.
Combining both these has created my robin brooch.
