Knitting pattern for a colourful reversible cowl worked in Brioche stitch depicting stepping stones across a river.
The pattern assumes knowledge of the Brioche knitting and the abbreviations used. I have included some basic information in the pattern and a photo explanation of the more complicated 4 stitch decrease. More information can be found on-line in various youtube videos which you can find here

Finished size of the cowl is :- Circumference 32” / 82 cm. Width 8.5” / 21cm.
Suggested Yarn: Main Colour (MC) - 1 x 50 gram ball Wooly Knit Colour Splash - 100% Supersoft Wool. Variegated yarn. DK weight yarn, 96m (106yds). Contrast Colour (CC) - 1 x 50 gram ball Yarnstories fine merino DK. 120 m (131 yds).
Needles required: 5 mm (UK 6, USA 8 ) circular needles. Notions : stitch marker or cable needle.
