A beautiful large wall plaque which is 35cm in diameter. The plaque is made of wood and the flowers are pink and cream are have been handcrafted from 100% Merino Wool Felt. It is also available in pale blue and cream (see additional photos). The flowers sit on top of a string heart, which is attached to the plaque with nails.

This item is perfect for a gift for a special friend.

This Artisan Blooms plaque is made to order especially for you. This may result in a very slight variation in the flower appearance as each petal is cut by hand. Turnaround time is currently seven business days prior to shipping.
