Here is a guide to help you come up with your hand felted gnome customization:

Then I get the locks out.

1. Would you like traditional white locks or would you like to mix it up with dark browns and greens, oranges and blues?

Then comes the hat.

2. What colors do you want to be included? Is there a preferred primary color?
3. Is there a theme (Christmas, Spring, etc.)

And that is basically what I need. Then I make something up and show you the pictures, maybe ask a couple more questions then you say "ok," or "what about...".
