Is there a little dancer in your family? This is a pretty pink T-shirt with raglan sleeves. I have hand stitched a blond ballerina in a black leotard and white tutu on the front. As I never use a permanent backing material when hand embroidering kid's clothing, there is nothing inside to irritate your child's skin. The shirt is 100% cotton and machine washable, The label says 'age 3-4', but this shirt is the size of my other T-shirts intended for much younger children, so I have listed it as age 18-24 months.
