To create these coasters, I used clear art glass, together with what is called "Confetti", little shapes of glass laid down onto the base in a creative way, to represent the shapes of flowers dancing in the breeze! I have made dishes, coasters, large platters, all in a similar style, yet no two pieces are ever quite the same, they just all have a similar contemporary, fun and lively look.

These coasters are 10cm square, four to a set, together with a wrought-iron coaster holder

The coasters have little tiny transparent rubber feet underneath on each corner, to protect your furniture.

40 years a painter - but eventually I could not carry heavy pictures to galleries any more so I "retired" and began to make pieces in glass and enamel on copper. Now busier than ever! And thoroughly enjoying using art glass in all its gorgeous colourful forms to make items for people's homes instead of just for their walls!
