I enjoy making this size box as it has a substantial feel to it, whilst being quite compact. The shape and size is familiar to my style of boxes. I use this size of box as a canvas upon which to try out different colours and textures of wood.

Full description
A stylish watch box designed to hold two watches and accessories such as cufflinks or other men's items.
The handmade wooden box is veneered with a rich tan coloured Maple burr. The edges are Maple and inlaid with dark smoked Chestnut lines.
The box comes with two watch cushions and a tray. The inside is fully lined with a dark Brown suede.
A brass lock and brass hinges are also fitted. The lock hole is surrounded by a smoked Chestnut escutcheon.
The box is finished with lacquer giving a low sheen.
Watch and jewellery are not included.
A similar box can be made and customised in about 4-6 weeks.
