The wood used is found mahogany. The man who lived in our house previously was a furniture restorer and he left behind lots of pieces of wood. I have been slowly using various pieces and loved the mahogany contrasted with the bright colours of the tins.
The tins are from my collection of old advertising tins which I slowly add more and more too.

Full description
A triangle pendant made from an old methylated spirits tin. It hangs beautifully from a corral pink cord.
The tin is bonded to mahogany with a silver tube inserted at the top which the cord is fastened to.
The cord goes easily over the head. And has a silver sliding tube to shortened the necklace length to your preferred height.
