Lavender and rice aromatherapy eye pillow is perfect for use in yoga, general relaxation, meditation and aching muscles.
This little lavender eye pillow measure approximately 18 cm by 10 cm. This pillow is covered in pretty dark peach spotty material and is filled with lavender and rice. The eye pillow can be activated by rubbing it or topping up with a few drops of lavender essential oil.
These little eye pillows can be used as they are, but you can also pop them in the microwave for 45 seconds or place in a plastic bag and pop in the freezer. Then place them on your eyes or against your tummy, forehead or anywhere you have an ache. Relax and enjoy the calming smell of lavender.
