You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

I have not provided a shipping quote as this will vary dependent on your location. Please contact me providing your postcode and I will be happy to obtain a cost effective delivery option for you. Alternatively if you would prefer to arrange your own courier I'd be happy to work with them. Your satisfaction is of upmost importance to me and I want you to be happy with your new furniture. If there are any issues please do not hesitate to contact me. If you would like to return the furniture please ensure you contact me within 14 days and arrange return delivery (paid for by you) within 30 days. Once received in original condition I will promptly issue a refund minus the original shipping cost. All furniture for sale is up-cycled and although refurbished to a high standard it is likely to show some signs of it's previous life. This adds character, life and interest to the piece and is part of the charm when buying up-cycled furniture. Thank you.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
