A very nice piece of ash with a nice variation in the grain across the bowl from a darker brown o a light gold colour. As with all my work I look at a piece of wood and try to bring what's inside out to best effect.

A lovely hand turned Ash bowl 246mm x 45mm high, Has a Danish oil finish so could be used for sweets or other dry food items, every day objects or just for decoration.
It has a broad base making it stable and a ridge detail on the rim. A nicely figured ash bowl.
