All our leather goods are made to order and each process is done entirely by hand.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Personalised leather key ring. A great small gift with that little extra touch. Also a perfect 3rd Anniversary gift! Hand cut and stitched in our workshop in Derbyshire.
With space for up to 6 letters each letter is stamped by hand. Please note due to our handmade process some letters may tilt etc. this gives each key ring its individual character.

You decide on the finishing touch by choosing what colour thread your key ring is sewn in. Your colour options are:
Dark Brown - Beautiful and classic - as shown in our images! Complimentary to the tan and cream leathers
Golden Brown - A subtle pale colour that blends with the tan and compliments the cream
Cream White - A natural and bright thread that really shows off each stitch in the tan and blends into the cream leather
Pure White - A stark contrast against the tan leather that creates bold lines of stitching and clashes against the cream
Black - A solid contrast against the tan and cream leathers for a modern twist.
Made from a natural Italian leather with rustic patina that shows the life and memories of this leather, each key ring will differ slightly due to this.
Please note colours will differ slightly due to computer screens.
