Since I first began working from my studio at Avoncroft Arts Centre in Bromsgrove, I have been fascinated by these creatures that can be found taking to the wing right outside the door each summer.

Full description
I hand cut this dragonfly pendant which measures a little over 50mm both wide and high so you can be sure of a design unique to my work. It is constructed in two parts, a body section and one for the wings, and riveted together. Next it is enamelled on both sides, a number of times, building up layer. The final layer creates the colourful details of the insect. The enamel on the reverse gives it strength and durability. I offer it in two colour ways and it hangs from a black cord in a choice of lengths with a silver-plated hook clasp. The pendant is presented in a gift box and sent by Royal Mail 'Tracked’ delivery and has an outer card packaging box for protection.
