You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Shipping - All items are dispatched in beautiful gift boxes tied with ribbon and securely packaged in Jiffy bags. Items will be posted within 5 days of receipt of payment (slightly longer if it is a Bank Holiday). All items are sent by fast, trackable services. UK delivery is by Royal Mail Signed For. Orders over £100 will be dispatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery at no extra charge. My listed postal prices cover the costs of the services detailed above. Delivery times depend on Royal Mail, but should be within 1-2 days after posting using Signed For and before 1pm on the business day (Mon-Fri) after posting using Special Delivery. A signature will be required upon delivery. Returns & Exchanges - I hope you are entirely satisfied with your purchase, but I do appreciate that buying jewellery you have only seen in a photograph can be tricky. For that reason I have attempted to provide as much information in each description as possible. If when you receive your item it fails to reach your expectations, please contact me to arrange return of the goods. Please do not return goods without contacting me first. I am happy to accept returns (in perfect condition and in the original packaging) for a replacement or refund. The purchaser is responsible for return postage. This does not apply to personalised items unless the goods are faulty. Images of any fault should be provided. The item should be returned by a fully insured and trackable means of postage (Royal Mail Special Delivery). I cannot be held responsible for any losses incurred should they go astray nor for any postal charges involved in either return or replacement of goods. All sales subject to UK law.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
