Full description
A small glass dish with a blue background and a random pattern of brightly coloured lines.
This little dish can be put to many uses from a decorative item on a table, shelf or window sill to a handy place to keep those small items that need a home such as earrings, rings or paperclips. I've also heard that they make a good place to keep a hearing aid when not in use so that it doesn't get lost.
Each dish is approximately 8cm square and have been made by cutting then fusing together the coloured glass in a kiln at nearly 800°C. The glass is then heated again in the kiln to create the gentle curved shape of this dish.
Hand washing is recommended - generally a wipe with a damp cloth is sufficient to keep the dish clean and gleaming.
