A small girl stood in front of my stall at a Craft Fair staring at the T-shirts. Looking extremely indignant she announced: 'You haven't any fairies!' I drew one for her on a piece of graph paper and asked if that would do. Some hours later her father approached my stall and asked if I could possibly put the fairy on a shirt. That was the first of many. This one is a bit different from most of the fairies I embroider, because for once I decided to dress it in blue rather than my usual pink and purple.

I have hand embroidered a fairy, dressed in green and blue and carrying a bluebell, on this pretty pale pink Fruit of the Loom T-shirt. The shirt is 100% cotton and can be machine washed.
