Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

As all cards are printed to order, we cannot accept returns if you decide you no longer want the item. If any item is damaged in the post or goes missing, we will happily replace it but we cannot offer refunds.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
Printed on 300gsm archival matte card, we offer this card in A6 or 5x7 inches and comes with a white envelope and packaged in a cellophane pouch for protection. This listing is for an A6 card. We use pigment based inks which makes our cards of giclee standard, which guarantees that images will not fade for at least 100 years.
This is an original design, but is not officially licenced.
