Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
A handmade card which can also be personalised, made using patterned paper and my own hand tinted illustration. Each image is mounted so that it is in relief from the card; I can also alter skin tones to make the card more personal to baby and parents if preferred. Please add a note when you place your order indicating your preference. I am also able to supply an alternative message i.e. for a first birthday, Christening etc; again please advise me when ordering.
Personalisation is offered for a small additional cost of 0.50p and can be selected from the drop down menu as required; please supply details of name/ date in the note to seller section.
Each card measures approx. 5x5 inches and is made from 280 gsm white card stock. It is blank on the inside for your own additional message and is supplied with a matching white envelope.
Your card will be sent in a cellophane bag in a board backed envelope to prevent bending in transit. If you have additional queries please contact me; I am always happy to help.
