Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
A handmade card which can also be personalised, made using patterned paper and my own, hand tinted illustration. The image is in slight relief for added interest and as each one is tinted from scratch I can also alter skin tones to make the card more personal to baby and parents if preferred. Please let me know your preferences when ordering by sending a note. I can also alter the message on the front to suit an alternative occasion such as first Birthday or Christening; again please let me know your requirements when ordering.
Personalisation is offered for a small additional cost of 0.50p and this option can be selected from the drop down menu when ordering; just supply your details in the note to seller section.
The card measures approx 5x5 inches and is blank on the inside for your own additional message. It is supplied with a white envelope and in a cellophane bag. I am gradually working towards biodegradable bags in the future but in the meantime please let me know if you would prefer the card to be sent without a bag. Your card will be sent in a board-backed envelope to prevent bending in transit.
