Full description
A super soft and lightweight merino wool scarf. This long black scarf with floral decoration has been nuno felted on a silk chiffon base a process whereby the woollen fibres bind with the silk to create a new fabric. A fine layer of black merino wool fibres has been felted to both sides of the silk with a colourful floral design added to the ends on one side using various wool and silk fibres. The reverse is felted but left plain.
The resulting scarf is amazingly soft and warm but still lightweight. It measures approximately 172cm x 35cm (68" x 13.75") making it long enough to wrap around the neck for extra warmth or tie in many ways.
This scarf would look amazing teamed up with any outfit and would make an ideal gift for any occasion. The scarf is provided wrapped in floral tissue paper with full washing instructions included.
Hand wash in warm water. Do not machine wash or tumble dry.
