Just love tulips! I have a border where only a few of these striking beauties 'pop' in colour from the evergreen foliage around and lift the heart.
I enjoy capturing the essence of flower forms and colour in a loose style, enjoying the flow of paint and the resulting tonal mixes before picking out detail in pen.
