You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

For International customers please use Paypal. For UK customers please use Paypal, also will except cheques and postal orders. All items will be sent using Royal Mail 1st class within 2 working days after payment has been received. All items sent will have proof of posting certificate. For UK customers using cheques please allow up to 5 working days for cheque clearance before posting the items. Items will be very well packed in bubble wrap and boxed in order to avoid damage in the post. In the unlikely event you are unhappy with your purchase you can return the goods as sent at your own expense, I will then refund the cost less postage on receipt of returned goods. Please e-mail within 7 days of receipt for refunds. All the items listed are handmade by myself to a very high standard. Commissions welcome.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
