Many of the ideas that repeat in much of my artwork are linked to life and the emotions we experience. Always inspired heavily by nature and that which surrounds us, as well as a desire to tell stories, I create my work in order to better understand the world around me and share my ideas and thoughts with others.
These items in particular were painted in separate parts, which I later decided to affix to pulp board and connect with string, bringing the image together to represent a whole.

'A Little Abstract'... all ready to hang on your wall.
'Orb Plant' represents life and beginnings. My initial idea was in creating an alien plant filled with orbs/eggs that rested beneath the sea. I hoped to convey a feeling of hope and tranquility through my image and use of colours.
Materials: Paper Mache Pulp, Acrylic Paints, Artwork Print, Natural String, Acrylic Gloss Varnish
Measurements: Each base is approximately 10.3 cm x 10.3 cm with the affixed image measuring 7.5 cm x 7.5 cm and the length of the hanger is approximately 42 cm.
Product Care/Use: These hangers are for indoor use only as they are not waterproof.
