The last order date for the USA and Ireland if you need the item by Xmas is Monday 9th December.
For orders to the UK it is Tuesday 17th December for 2nd class post and Thursday 19th December for 1st class post.
To all other countries, the Xmas order deadline has passed.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

An unusual gift to take to the host or hostess of your Halloween party - or to surprise your guests! This scary ceramic mug shows spooky, gnarled trees framing a sinister house, some angry black cats and a witch riding a broomstick! Bright orange stripes and infills conjure up the fires of wicked wizardry......creepy stuff! But all good fun!
It comes in two sizes - espresso and standard.
The espresso holds approx. 2.5 fl. oz and stands approx. 6.5cm (2.5 inches) high and has a diameter of about 5cm (2 inches).
The standard mug holds approx. 10fl oz and stands approx. 9cm (3.5 inches) high and has a diameter of about 8cm (3 inches).
If you like the design but would prefer it in a different colour, that is no problem. I can do either size in green, red, yellow, rainbow, or purple stripes with corresponding infills.
If you would prefer a block colour rather than stripes that can be done too - just contact me.
Similarly if you want more than the number listed as being in stock, I can make more at short notice. Please contact me to discuss your requirements.
The mugs are dishwasher proof.
Please note that due to differences in monitors and screens the colours you are seeing may not be exactly the same as the colours on the mug - this unfortunately is unavoidable.
